Philadelphia Trans Heath Confidence

The 17th Philadelphia Trans Wellness Conference on August 2nd-4th 2018 Attracts trans people, activists  and allies from a wide range of age, races, ethnicities, abilities, sexualities and genders from all over the county and around the world. The Philly Trans Wellness Conference (PTWC) is a trans conference led by trans people, created and planned each year by the trans community and our allies for trans community. the conference space and logistical support is provided by Mazzoni Center and other sponsors. This year conference theme is Remembrance, Resistance and Resilience. Many in the trans community have taken a stand fought for the changes that have gotten us where we are today. Trans leaders in our community like Kim Walton and Madison Gathers ,and Octavia Lewis, LaLa Zannell.
