On September 20, 2018 , the Planning Council meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m., by 1st Vice-Chair Kim Moon. Kim also opened the meeting by welcoming all members and guest to the Planning Council. On January 17, 2019, the Planning Council Meeting held a discussion about the ATL Area Outreach Initiative (AAOI), Affordable Care act Presentation and ADAP/HICP Presentation.
